Loss prevention & Safety policy
 
It is the policy of our company to attach the greatest importance to the prevention of any form loss and, in particular, to the safety of it's employees.
   
 
It's a duty at all levels of management to do everything within it's authority to prevent injuries to personnel and minimise loss.
   
 
It's equally the personal duty of every employee to do everything possible to avoide injury to himself and to the others, and to minimise any form of loss within his control
   
 
 
 
Health and safety policy statement
 
The policy will be achieved by the creation of a culture of safety throughout his whole project, a place where safe work performance is natural and well routing activity, to creat an eviroment where workers can work with peace of mind, knowing that they are conducting complex construction activities in the safest enviroment possible, to become tha standard by which others project safety programmes are compared and measured.
   
 
To insure our performance we have developed a set of creatical success factor
   
 

Visiblity from top management in expressing and showing their commitment through the example they set for others

 
 
The directors and management will fully support the health and safety management plan and will value achivements in safety and loss control equally with the achievements in quality and efficiency, and will provide equipment and training to all employees as necssary to maintain an effective programme.
   
 
Pre-planning in safety and health as a routine process throughout the course of the project.
   
 
Holding all levels of management, supervision and the workforce accountable for their safe practices and work performance.
   
 
Sharing on knoledge throughout all levels of supervision in the form of ongoing training workshops, regular tool box meetings and making safety a subject on all site meeting agendas.
 
 
The establishment of a communication conduit that flows up and down the chain of command, where workers in the field can have direct input and response to and from senior management, thereby taking ownership for the safety and health process.
 
 
When the project safety plan in followed in its entirely the project safety rules are adhered to by all project personnel.
 
     
 
 
Key aspect of our quality plan will be:
 
To provide sufficient management and supervision to adequately cover the scope of works to be per formed and to ensure they are adequately trained and motivated for their roles.
   
 
To provide a workforce a skill level capable of producing work to standard specified and to provide ongoing tool box training for all the workers.
   
 
To sellect Sub-contractors and suppliers who have proven track records for providing work of the standard specified and who are themselves committed to quality assurance processes.
   
 
T establish clear performance standard and procedures for all sections of the work that are communicated and adhered by the sub-teams with proper inspections carried out at each step of various work process.
 
 
To Communicate our requirements constantly of supervision, labour and our sub-contractors through site meetings, witten inspections and posters. At the commencement of each new task workshop are held to show teams how the work process is to be undertaken and what the required quality outcome is.
   
 
To provide proper programming and scheduling of the work. To regualary update plans and schedules and to communicate any charges clearly and quickly to field supervision.
 
 
To set up a formal system of reqular inspection of work tasks as they proceed that will monitor worker standard and take action to correct any deviation immediatly. Inspection system will be established in conjunction with the project consultant to ensure required testing and detailed trade specification requirements are covered in the plan.
 
 
To establish a recording and filing system for all formal quality inspections and reports.
 
 
To provide the project director with a quality monitoring report on a weekly basis, but to high light immediately to the project director any major deviation or disregard of the quality plan.
   
 
The project quality assurance plan will be managed by the quality manager who reports directly to the project manager. He will assist in the preparation of the plan and be solely responsible for ensuring that it is followed. A major protionof his job role will the training, development and motivation or management, supervision and the workforce in the awareness, and commitment of a quality performance at all times.
 
 
All staff will assist the training of the workforce so they understand the correct trade processes and required standard of finish.
 
 
To adopt the attitudes of "Do it right first time", understanding that his approach, will add value to the Client's investment.
 
 
The basis of our specific quality assurance manual will embody the process of continuous improvemenet which is outlined in the attached appendix.

quality process and plan involves understanding your needs, and doing everything we can meet thoes needs, ensuring timely performance and prevention of problems and disputes thereby providing us with the opportunity of operating more efficiently.

We believe that quality Assurance is a planned and systematic pattern of actions necessary to provide confidence that the end product will conform to establish requirments and standards of the contract.
   
 
We believe that maintenaning quality control in the implementation of our quality plan, disciplines the actions necessary in the achievement of the established requirments.
   
 
We believe that quality is a derivative of good management, appropriately trained labour and the communication of the required standards to all workforce and sub-contractors.
